I love Rock and Roll - my faves from the 70s to now. When I just need to get going, I put on this playlist. I think rock and roll epitomizes the young and wild, teen spirit of being carefree, excited, and ready to take on any challenge with a rebel attitude. It gets the heart thumping, turns nerves into adrenaline, and unites teams to engage...there is a reason you hear it before games. Most of the songs in this playlist are from over 10 years ago; I have a really tough time finding new rock bands.
